DESCRIPTION: iDEAL training was a pain-point for Agents in the Netherlands.  We took one of the most popular Netflix shows (at the time) in the region to try to walk through the pain points of Netflix billing through Direct Debit sources like iDEAL.

"Somebody Feed Phil" was extremely high on the list for regional viewers, so we Incorporated Phil and his need to "feed" on watching Netflix as the story behind training Agents to understand this unique billing process.
